wfhchristiner Any exercise is good. Pilates is also very good. Maybe you just have to much fun with Zumba, and you move quickly. Do your pilates for core, it will strenghthen your back as well.

wfhchristiner IT can't fix it anymore. Processor is too slow. It's not even intel core duo. It's the older one. Slower than netbook. Takes 3 minutes to boot up, takes several minutes to open applications.
