winssermerchandise When you buy another battery take it with you. Tell the clerk you need another battery and tell them to keep your old one.

winssermerchandise Some other Free program that will enhance security with your Anti Virus, a very good program called PC Tools ThreatFire. It will detect attacks that anti virus may not detect.I also use SpywareBlaster, Spybot-Search and Destroy,Ad-Aware. All Free versions....

winssermerchandise Download Malwarebyte's Anti Malware Free Version and Crap Cleaner from the internet. Sounds like you have malware or a virus. What Operating system do you have? Those 2 programs I have been using for a very long time they will help you fix some things.
