I have just recently had dentures made. I am curious as to what kind of gum I can chew without it sticking to my plate. I have tried sugarfree trident but it still kinda stuck. I have seen the Freedent brand but haven't tried it...

xanraven Wow! I can't imagine going without teeth completely. Are they pulling all of your teeth top/bottom? When they did all my top the immediately put in the temporary plate. I would definetly ask or get a second opinion somewhere else. The place I used is Dentures...

xanraven I still have my temps but they are going to be identical to the permanent ones just a better fit. They said it takes like 6 months for my gums to completely heal and be the size they are going to be for the rest of my life. How soon are you going to get yours?...
