aerous I think so, friend. Because there's a lot of people saying that they experience fever and flu. This might be a sudden change of climate. The weather is so cold and not just only cold.

josechukkiri Other than blogger or wordpress, you can use other platforms like weebly, web.com etc. While you are using blogger, Google will not allow to break its TOS.So, after getting more traffic and page rank, try to get adsense approval.
