yejuan Yes, I had tried to lose weight many times but failed. I had used the ways as yours but ... Because I didn't hold out. Eat less and do more exercises that is easier said than done.

yejuan I am sorry for heard your cough. I have the same matter on myself this spring. I drink one ZhongYao that just produced in China and I can speak loudly on night that day. I think you can drink or eat some madcine about cough today ,then see the Dr tomorrow.
