youngsweetheart That's probably true in larger towns and suburbs, but in rural areas (like where I grew up), there weren't options like that except through the school - the population wasn't large enough that such organizations were needed.

youngsweetheart I asked ahead about the pain meds - I have a high tolerance, and I didn't want them prescribing Ibuprofen when I was too out of it to protest! But no, I get Vicodin. I love Vicodin. Vicodin is my friend. And thanks for the tip!

youngsweetheart Check www.turbotax.com or www.taxslayer.com - I use the latter. Both of online programs you can use, usually free. Then they charge you a small fee if you want to file - usually no more than 20 dollars for federal. There are TONS of tax websites and programs...

youngsweetheart If your finances are pretty straightforward - for instance, if the only thing you need to file your taxes is your W2's, maybe a 1099 to tell you how much interest you've earned - then you can do it yourself and the program you use does the hard stuff for you....
