Does anyone else work the night shift so you have to sleep during the day?

Currently I work 12 hour night shifts at my work. 5:30pm to 5:30am so I always am doing the majority of my sleeping during the day. If anyone else is in this type of situation what do you do to make sure you sleep during the day...
