zeynab i read HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE, thats by dale carnegie, its a psycological one based on being a good coverstionalist and i dont think therez anything i hate about it i love it- you should read it if having any such probs.

Have read, more than once, articles about how watching fish swim in a bowl or small tank will decrease blood pressure. I did ask a physician once about it and he also agreed. Have you heard about this theory?

zeynab i havent heard about this ever, but now that i have i think i know why this is so, maybe because when you watcha fish swim this produces a soothing effect psycologically and it also derives your mind away from all the tension or stress that might have caused...
