From my experience i like windows XP most. I did like the windows 7. It is very good. but he thing is it requires computers with good configuration. My computer is a little old and hence cannot use windows 7.But i hate Vista....

zhang74482 hi.I don't think so .First of all,you should exersise more .i think the sporting time should be at least half an hour.Only in this way you can lose your pounds in a healthy way.Good luck.
