zindagi01 The main ingredients in a thai dressing are fish sauce (nam pla) and lemon or lime juice. Sometimes they also add palm sugar for a hint of sweetness. If you dont have that then you can add normal white sugar or even icing sugar as it dissolves quickly. This...

zindagi01 I like it marinated in soy sauce, honey and grated ginger with salt to taste and then grilled, baked or barbequed. Soy sauce has salt too so need to be careful if adding salt.

zindagi01 Yes I think it is still a pizza without the tomato sauce. It can be with thai sweet chilli sauce or with hummus (made from chickpeas).
