SisterLove Its hard to stick to a exericse program that you dont like. The treadmill is great you put it right in front of tv and walk or run. Going to the gym can be a great benefit you meet people and then you can work out together which will be fun. Good luck!

mrrtomatoe Sometimes I just go for a walk. It helps to clear my mind of my worries and helps me fall asleep faster when I am nervous. Having a good nights sleep is the best way I find to solve the problems that may arise the next day!

all_n_one My brother died he drowned but I haven't had any experiences with ghost or things of that nature. You should hope that he is not around you wondering around hope that he is in heaven just relaxing and having a great time.
