Do you like to eat spicy or non-spicy food?

l loves cooking. It is one of my hobbies..Most of the time, l prefer to cook non-spicy dishes, so my child can have a share, too. But, l will cook few times in a week, spicy foods for consume to cleanse the body. Ever heard it?

zuhair92 i like spicy and non-spicy food.spicy foods has anti cancer properties, so it cleans your body from cancer and also we need to keep balance of spicy and non-spicy because too much of anything is harmful.So what will you make for me? ;)

zuhair92 I like both spicy and non-spicy foods.i have heared that spicy food has anti-cancer properties and loads of iron and minerals.we just need to keep balance of both foods.Both of them have different properties. So what will you make for me ;)
