I have been super-hungry all day! I keep eating in between classes and work, but it seems like no matter what I eat I'm hungry again in half an hour. Does this ever happen to you, and what do you do about it?

1gidget When I'm super hungry I eat things that don't even taste good like rice cakes, whole grain bread, and nutritional bars. Because when I'm hungry anything satisfies me, which is a bonus for maintaining proper weight. But if I don't plan ahead I end up swinging...
