Hey, it is already beginning to snow here in Canada. I love the snow. I like it much more than rain. It has a real calming effect and everything looks beautiful, clean and white. Some of my friends hate snow.

That's been my diet plan during the last few years. I usually eat lean proportions and healthy foods during the week. During the weekend (well, at least on one day), I eat the things that I've been wanting to eat during the week....
