I have been taking this amazing herb for about 2 years. It has been really effective in controling hot flashes. My GYNO said I should stay within 40 mil of the herb daily which equals about 3 pills a day. I am having the flashes...

Ailina Well, some gals never get them, others just get night sweats. I always overheted as a child, so maybe I am prone to hot flashes. The herb works. Glad to share it with you!

Have you ever tried sea salt for seasoning? It is better for us I think and it draws out flavor like salt. I love the plastic griner set that has sea salt and pepper from Trader Joes. Do you sea salt your food?

Are you in an area that gets cold and plants can freeze? I just planted a new garden and now tonight we have 32 degrees and a freeze approaching. What would you do?

Ailina I added some hrebs in my garden for just that. Chives and lavander. Hope the freeze does not kill then tonight. Otherwise, I can pick out some more plants!

Ailina It does taste like salt. It is susualy found in health food departments or stores. Do you have a grocery store near you that has a healthfood/organic section? I bet you will find some there in the seasoning area.

Ailina I agree with you on the level of entry for degrees. For many, to get a decent salary to provide a decent living, a masters in a most. However, I can't imagine a better job than DAD.
