PLETHOS @Angelee_27 - exactly. because if the dog passed away due to her negligence, then i feel no sympathy towards her. just like parents of a newborn are advised to baby proof their house, so should a dog owner by dog proofing their home.

arbie bee @Angelee_27 yes, they are different. Resetting to factory settings is just a soft reset. Hard reset clears almost if not all data installed or saved on your phone. Maybe you can ask help from your neighbor to talk to the carrier's customer service if a hard...
