Amelia Das In America, the best time is spring and summer. Back in my country, I would say winters. But american winters are no joke. Yes, in 3 more weeks summer will be officailly over and my fall semester will start. And then the usual life of students in the college.

Amelia Das I got u gurl! Exercise or dance before going to sleep, so u feel a little tired if not u already are! Then put ear phones and play smooth chill sleepy music with low volume. U will fall asleep and won't wake up till ur alarm rings off!! I know those vitamins...
