Sometimes talking to your best friend is all the therapy that you need. When I have a bad day, I talk to my best friend. It makes me feel better. Listening to music also lifts my mood. What do you do when you have a bad day?

Rebecca Listening to music for me. I absolutely love music and find it an escape from everything else that may be going on in my life. Inspiring music, uplifting but also some slow classical music really helps.
