Shubham my younger brother used to suck thumb, even my mother used apply some pickle, even vicks lol. But he always to run towards the washroom, quickly wash his thumb with extra soap and returns with a evil smile on his face. That was a tough time for my mother lol

Shubham Walking is a great exercise ! One should must walk for at least 2-3kms everyday rather than counting the amount the of rounds which we covered in the park.
