youless You have a very good routine. Usually I will brush my teeth and wash my face after waking up. Then I will have a cup of coffee with my breakfast. Meanwhile I will dress up. Usually this will take half an hour and then I will go to work.

Kandase Different foods may affect us differently. Another person will have no problem with tuna and avocado. So maybe it is best to eat something else.

Jenaisle Yes, before trusting someone on line, you should personally know first any of his/her acquaintances. And not to trust everything the person says. One can always create fake data and information to impress others.

askme123 @Brideen40 I went through a similar experience with a narcissistic person.This person had left me in debt but I survived. There are lots of groups on Quora that talks about narcissism. Read as much of the material as possible and be empowered.
