how long is your ideal sleeping length and why?

well as you might have guessed i looove sleeping, and i have found out that my ideal sleeping schedule is about 14 hours, cause then i am totally regenerated, and clear in my head, i have also had time to take it easy wakening up...

Buttercup26 I sleep for a max of 10 hour per day sometimes 5-6 hours. I cannot sleep for more than that. I feel good after a good 10 hour sleep.

Buttercup26 I do not celebrate Valentines Day as such. I may just buy a small gift for my boyfriend and that is about it. And I do not follow it like I have to every year. I love the word of God and always try my very best to live according to his laws.

Buttercup26 Well, it doesn't really matter if we had Indian or foreign coaches. It depends on how the players feel and adapt. We do have a lot of veterans who could make good coahes but the selectors will not let that happen.
