TRWilliams02 That's just crazy. Helmets can be lifesavers... I think just for my own self safety I would wear one even if its not by law. You never know when an accident is going to occur. Again, better safe than sorry.

jillhill I dont' get it either.....and I know a few people who have been seriously injured or died from a motorcycle accident....even kids who ride bicycles are encouraged to wear a helmet! On the sidewalk no less! Chalk it up to a dumb law!
