Can anyone pass on some dam good information or advise, on what a new dad to be needs to do? i read someone elses disscussion, but those dont apply to me, as my girlfriend is breast feeding, so i cant really prepare formal milk...

lucky_witch I suppose it would be better if you talk or open your problem with your trusted friends... because like what other have told you... in your friends you'll find sincerity while on the shrink...its a pure job though in one point they can give you advice that is...

asawako48162 sometimes a shrink can give you meds or have you take a physical to see if the problem is physical or mental..anyone who tries to doctor themselves has a fool for a doctor..and friends can be good at times..but friends can't prescribe medication for serious...
