I am not a big fan of exercise but I push myself to walk two miles on the treadmill almost everyday. I do it early in the morning to get it out of the way. I feel good when I am done but it sure is a struggle to get motivated...

Chris Good for you! Sounds like you had an enjoyable time. I haven't been to a lake in a very long time. I find it so peaceful when I have gone, just enjoying the beauty of nature.

It seems like news reporters don't get much time off these days. With this administration there is always a new story to report or as the reporters say "breaking news" to cover. They are probably not getting much sleep either...

I haven't been on Mylot Since May. My husband had an unexpected job transfer and we had to leave Dallas for Henderson in July on short notice. It was quite stressful to say the least. I am still trying to get used to this place...
