I am not a big fan of exercise but I push myself to walk two miles on the treadmill almost everyday. I do it early in the morning to get it out of the way. I feel good when I am done but it sure is a struggle to get motivated...

It seems like news reporters don't get much time off these days. With this administration there is always a new story to report or as the reporters say "breaking news" to cover. They are probably not getting much sleep either...

jaishankar @Christianna,Like you,I am also a morning person.Just like you,I get up exactly at 5 a.m. and it has now become my habit.I have got to leave for my workplace at 9 a.m.,otherwise I would like to keep lying on my bed till 11 a.m.
