How To withdraw From Liberty Reserve??

Hello.. I am from India. And I want to withdraw from Liberty Reserve account with low fees exchanger. Any one know about any genuine exchanger which has low transfer fees. I have paypal account, too.

CrazyEarnings Simple answer to that you cant feds closed Liberty reserve down last week. So their is no more Liberty reserve any longer.

CrazyEarnings Theirs many sites that do this but the rate of pay is very low. theirs some good url sshortner services that pay you to shorten urls and post to websites and friends etc. But you need a lot of traffic and people in order to get good returns from them
