DanielW1 You shouldnt worry about this as long as you do puzzles and exercise since your working your brain alzheimers is mainly cuased by people in the age of 60- to 80 because they didnt become active and exercising your brain.

DanielW1 I have had that experience before, the best thing to do is contact technacal support for facebook and I dont really trust Gmail for an email sense I have problems with google keylogging and hackers. have a good day.

DanielW1 I prefer bathing in a warm shower or bath, warm water helps relax your mucsles and ease your tentions, I have never been in a situation like like this. if you have a microwave you can heat up a bucket of water.
