how to take out super salty taste?

theres a lot of circumstances in which i accidentally put so much salt or soy sauce in what im cooking, what do you think would be the best remedy for it??aside from adding water....do sugar effective to ease the salty taste?

Dollyswallowchang I usually go to bed at the begin of a new day ,hehe msybe 0am or 1 am ,but never after 2am ,for if i go to bed after 2 am ,it is very hard to drop sleep .
