Downwindz @gamayngbaki Very true, yet also I guess the amount this could affect the decission of the employer during a job interview, may also depend on the type of job one is applying for.

Downwindz @piyushbhatia1 maybe that is the reason my past diaries has failed? I never had a real objective, except maybe once, but yet it failed after a shorter time period.
