I have just read that rat poison was the cause for the recall on pet foods. It is so scary, our pet food should be safe, I feel so bad for the dogs who got sick and died from this. I feel bad for the people who lost the animals...

EagleEyes It is terrible. I hope your mother in law's cat is ok, did she call the vet or take it to the vet? The article said the good thing about knowing it is rat poison is because it will help veterinarians treat the animals now.

EagleEyes I know, I couldn't believe it either. They think the wheat gluten from China may have had the rat poison on it. It is truly unbelievable. Hey, maybe we should start our own home made dog food company, I know the animals would appreciate it.

EagleEyes Raising your child is the most important job you will ever have, not cleaning a house, or cooking or anything at all like that. If you love your child and you are taking care of that child, then you are doing everything right. That's all that matters.
