Emmaglet I don't like beef in mine. As you said it ends up tough and stringy. I also don't like the sauces that are typical with beef in Chinese cooking. I tend to stick to chicken or pork.

Emmaglet Honestly, they don't give you much money. I took a friend to pawn her items, and she took loads of DVDs, a computer, monitor, DVD player, mini fridge, printer and more and only got £30 ($60) for it all. You could try eBay, Gumtree or Craigslist. Good luck,...

Emmaglet I work at home/for myself, and one day a week I feel exactly like this. When there are things I must do I make a small list then pop on some up tempo music and get the jobs done, then take the rest of the day off as a lazy day :D

Emmaglet Thank you, some excellent advice. I would also like to add drinking water to the list. I hardly drink enough, but lately I have been and it really helps me to combat fatigue.
