my husband prefers to listen to fast music so he does not feel sleepy while on long trips. but i think slow soothing music is better as it keeps u calm. but then i dotn drive so i dont know...what do u prefer to listen to while...

Fishish lol.... i too listen to music from the 70's and 80's as i ust love it. i am young though bu ti dont like the music of these times as much. i listen to old hindi film songs allll through the day :) same pinch!

to me the best stress reliever is distraction. i distract my mind by either doing some work or consciously thinking about something different. i even listen to music adn sing along at times....what works for u?

Fishish its a child's play. it is very simple . get a trial pack and see for yourself. you might like the result. i think it increases the life of a garment. a little starch here adn there helps:)
