Gemsoria it is one of the best source of fiber. however, the additions to it like too much oil, butter and cheese powder that makes it unhealthy. but no one can deny that its the best food to have while watching a movie. just take it moderately.

Gemsoria hi there.. i basically clean my face before going to sleep, put on some moisturizer and an eye cream. every two days i try to exfoliate, i am using marykay microdermabrasion set. just a clean face, not necessarily pretty makes you look pleasant at all times.

Gemsoria I am happy that i am endowed with a strong gut feel and can tell if a person is lying or not. I am no psychiatrist. at least with this ability, ican pre empt possible danger or harm and can prevent from falling into some liar's trap.

Gemsoria its about time that we go back to the basics, a durable paper bag, one that will not easily tear apart. Plastic had caused so much convenience but it brought so much harm, clogged canals and the reason for segregation. Plastic is non biodegradable.
