How many hours do you sleep daily?

When I was working as kitchen crew, I sleep at 11PM until 5AM. So, I sleep 6 hours only. I have to go to work or not to be late. If I have no work I sleep at least 8 hours. I do not sleep at afternoon because it makes me boring....
