Huizhen It's better change brush every 1 or 2 months .But, I always forget to do it because of lazy ,and , I use two kind of toothpaste a week.It's good for our tooth

Huizhen In China, we often have bathe or shower one time a day, but somebody ,sometime may have two to three times a day, it's all depend. I often take a shower after I take exercise, and ,If I have an important appointment ,I also take it.

Huizhen In my opinion, i think we should respect the old, I like the old people,because, I can learn more life calue from them,and it is what we can't learn in our own. And they are very kindly and always tell some story which we can;t and never experienced.
