Iconoclast1 Hell yeah, sometimes when I can't seem to get out of bed. I'll blast Killswitch Engage's version of Holy Diver, or You Got Another Thing Coming by Priest and that will give me the energy to get up and go. I love metal!

Iconoclast1 Having a better more positive outlook on life certainly would help many people. Eastern Philosophy teaches us joyful participation in the suffering of the world. Life is about suffering, for the most part, but how we cope with life speaks volumes about us.
