How much water you can drink in a day ?

Joshua Mishael C. Joaquin I actually think you should drink more, or maybe it's just me. I'm not completely satisfied with 8-10 glasses.Still, one should consider his/her body type,size, and the activities he/she has everyday to help decide with how many glasses you should take daily.
