What are the rules?

I know the rules of composing mashairi in Kiswahili but for poetry, although i do compose, i don't have much knowledge on the rules that are to be followed as far as verses, and lines are concerned. Who knows them?

My minimum payout in mylot is fifty dollars. I mean i can't be paid until i arrive at fifty dollars. I want to lower the minimum payout to be atleast something less than thirty dollars. Is it possible? If yes how is it done?
