what u do when u feel tired many of us take medicenes but taking lot or geeting addictedto it is not good 4 us, many of us do yoga, many just sleep , listen music or etc... what do u do?????

Lee777 I usually go over my used or unused clothes in my cabinet. Whenever I feel like I don't even need it that much, then I place it somewhere else where I pile them up for christmas. So I'd give them to strangers and street children.

Lee777 Nope. I haven't. And I think that impossible. One thing is possible though. That is, sleeping and waking up as if you are choking and grasping for air. That's the difference between not breathing and feeling that you can't hardly breath.

Lee777 Luckily I'm not the snoring type of person. Every time I sleep with other people, I always ask them if they snore or not. I can't easily sleep with noise around, especially snores. Arghhh... I just ca't stand snores. Peace out!

Lee777 Honestly, it's not enough. Just pure words is not enough. Actions still speak louder than words. So better yet do it than just say it. "I'm sorry" word is the most abused word/phrase next to "I love you"

Lee777 It doesn't matter whether I sleep late on Sundays or weekdays. After all, I'm not in school anymore. I enjoy myself doing a whole lot of things til dawn. Party, casino, and so on. Although sometimes I give myself a well deserved rest from time to time.
