I usually switch my television on when i am going to sleep. I will make a timer for about 60 minutes and then it can off itselves, because i can't sleep if there is any voice or music on my room ;).

Lynn6789 Peace and Quiet for me all the way.... although I do not mind watching TV in the bedroom before I goto sleep, piece and quiet are the most important when trying to get into a good REM cycle..... I find that going to sleep or sleeping with noise in the back...
