Makesense I think it is good for your son to start earlier. At least, he can learn from the older boys and become better person. It also mentally prepare him to be a tough person ahead.

Makesense Giving electric shock is a form of physical abuse. I do not think this practise is correct. I suppose the authority encourages the family members to report internet addict. This is how they can find addicted people.
