MatejScorp13 i would say that it is not, if she know how to use it then she is a smart kid and will be good to have a cell phone in order to be more smarter in future ... the only bad side is if she can not limit her in spending money on it, if she often call her friend...

I used computers for the first time in late 2000 ,and Internet also approximately at the same time. then the price was so high 60 rupees per hour was the price then, then it reduced gradually.

MatejScorp13 i am using windows commander since it come up on windows ... its so easy to check all files and the easy to understand then regular windows explorer ... but i still use the old 4.51 version, it is still good

MatejScorp13 by what do you mean "slow" ... if you are using some low internet connection, like me, i am on dial-up, then loading the site sometimes can be a little bit slow if you are also working something in background too
