Mazna123 u r in usa i m in india if u call nortan helpline call will b diverted here so i worked for nortan b4.... jst make sure u run a virus scan on ur comp atleast one in 3 days....all will b fine... if u run two virus it will b prob becos other anti virus wont let...

Mazna123 ev if u go to gym u hve to do cardio walkin on tredmill...for warm up...walkin is must to loose weight... u knw wht is fun way to loose it... its dancin.... jst dancin takin small breaks... brend r body..... stretch.... n u will see wonders in few weeks.......
