Missyella maybe your boss does actually have a grudge against you, racism or not, and by not giving you any work you'll feel you get better chances elsewhere, and you'll quit. You should report this to the union or someone who can be a fair judge to this matter.

Missyella kinda hard not to hear about it since I'm Romanian... I'm not so eager to celebrate being now a part of EU, it will cost us dearly (financially speaking) and the benefits will be visible only in a few years.
