Smoking in public is now banned in my country(Philippines). Anyone who will be caught will be fined up to US$200! I don't smoke; but I can see its good effect to my friends. ....the law thought them to be creative in hiding...

@Mistletoe11 There are no guidelines and so everyone smokes where it's most convenient for them. It just does not make sense that they all smoke in front of the entrance and everyone is greeted with smoke and pollution. Not a nice welcome and not a nice exit!...
