nemesis123 First skipping of rope is necessary. Try to jump regulary on the ground. The main thing is stamina and power. Power is directly proportion to jump. eat a lot of fruits. When you come to court. FIrs try 10-30 times to touch the board. and thats it. In 7-8...

today , a hospital : asked me to go to work . i have a little contradiction ,i don't want to go to the hospital or pharmacy[i am not going to find a job] because i have done 6th job, each work no more than 10...
