Naka Chan I sleep wildly. I used to sleep on my stomach, but have recently started waking up to neck pains. Now I go between both sides and my back. I think I might need a new mattress..

I took a tums but its slow to work, I can`t lay to sleep so here I am, up in the middle of the night. I ate dinner to late so that is the reason for the stomach acid. Absolutely nothing on t.v to watch. Why do I pay for this?

Naka Chan I have no clue. I got rid of satellite TV years ago. I now have YouTube, Netflix, Disney +, and Amazon prime and pay half the cost. By the way google yoga for stomach aches. Relief tends to be quicker with certain poses.

Naka Chan I find the Keurig cups to be wasteful so I prefer my good ol' coffee mate coffee pot. I buy good coffee so it tastes just as good to me and is also significantly cheaper.
