Nathan_462 the best thing i can think of right off hand is http://nanocms.kalyanchakravarthy.net It has a WYSIWYG editor that looks sort of like word and is free. and for hosting, probably http://freehostia.com which is free of course :) all you need to do it...

Nathan_462 I self-build my computers and also my brother does his too. Self-Building a computer as you said is very rewarding and can also most of the time get a better computer then the same as a Retail sold computer for less or about the same price.
