Debbie Oceanblue I do not sleep well at all. You can find me early hours on the computer with the TV on but that is not good. Our body does need its rest but how much you need is an individual thing. Good luck with finding your perfect sleep time.

Debbie Oceanblue I have simply given in to the fact that I find it hard to sleep. In my bedroom I have a tv so no matter what the time if I can't sleep I turn it on and get out my laptop and do some work.
