I like to help my friends out when they need money, but this month has been money out but no money coming back. I think I am going to learn to use the word "NO" in the future.

I am usually pretty healthy. It has to be luck because very few things I do are health geared. This morning I am having Pita bread which I stuffed with cream cheese...so tasty!
Anyway, a little while ago, Lady Boss (owner of...

Yesterday or the day before, one of you great members told me of a few good paysites. One of them started with a "t" and the other with a "v". Now I am armed with an old fashioned pen and paper so I will not lose them again!...

Right now my home smells very lemony. I am making Tom Kha Gai which is a chicken soup with lots of lemony ingredients such as galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, and a few other things that I can not pronounce. In an hour...

Actually, this picture is not in the jungle but in a nearby vacant lot. Some bamboo plants started to grow a few weeks ago and somebody decided to chop them down. I guess he should uprooted them as well as they are springing...

When I went out this morning for coffee, I noticed (after I removed the lid) something new cooking in the big pot she usually makes rice soup in. I asked her what it was and she told me baby palm tree. She gave me a piece and it...

This is a true story of a woman who suffered from multiple personalities. It stars Sally Field and Joanne Woodward. Definitely worth watching!

They (whoever they may be) say that red cabbage is more healthy than green. So this morning I boiled some red with pork sausage and a large amount of apple cider vinegar. Healthy or not, it tastes good!

After a long time of not doing much real cooking, I got the bug again! This week I seemed to buy a ton of stuff - single gas cooker, toaster oven, pots and pans and other assorted stuff! So today, I made a batch of macaroni in a...

On and off again! I have always had my submissions accepted and paid for. Prior to my submissions, I have always used a punctuation checker and adhered to their suggestions. Yesterday I received a rather lengthy dissertation...

This dish is served at room temperature. Skinny rice noodles with a few bits of carrot, cabbage, shrimp, and cilantro. It has a bit of sweetness to it but I don't know what from. Anyway, only about 80 cents US$!
